What You'll Do:
- Work 1-on-1 with kids in the clinical and community environments, including school-like settings and a mock classroom.
- Teach and facilitate exciting and necessary skills, like play, communication, and conversation.
- Use Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Collaborate with BCBAs, educators, other therapists, and families to create meaningful progress.

Job Requirements:
- Physically able to work with children, including getting up and down from the floor, playing, and blocking behaviors.
- Upbeat, positive attitude.
- Great with organization and time management.
- Excellent communication.
- Ability to recount daily activities via written communication.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new information, including following written plans and utilizing online systems of data collection.
- A Registered Behavior Technician certification must be obtained within 45 days of hiring.
